Our Swiss sense of quality
We operate under an ISO 9001/13485 and continually validate our manufacturing quality standards by using 3D multisensor metering, directly interfaced with our CAQ software. Our skilled operators ensure a steady quality of your products and react in a timely manner if an issue occurs with a proven track record. Our quality equipment allows us state of the art functional testing. Validation is performed in our in-house testing facilities, thus ensuring highest quality standards at all times. Our capabilities
Our 28 state-of-the-art presses have a size range from 40 to 240t and allow a wide range of moulding options on a manufacturing area of 1,400m². We provide manufacturing and assembly services for devices or sub-assemblies and are able to design custom automation in order to develop cells for your specific programme. We offer a wide variety of fully integrated assembly solutions and process various types of plastics (e.g. PP, ABS, POM, PC, 2 components and other thermoplastics) with state-of-the-art mould technologies.
Our clean room facilities
We adhere to your specific production requirements, utilising our modern infrastructure that conforms to ISO 14644-1 and GMP C/D standards for clean rooms or other controlled environments where indicated.
