Medical packaging

Manufactured from specialised materials to any desired shape and size, our thermoformings meet the stringent standards required by the medical and healthcare professions:

  • ISO Class 7 (10,000) clean room manufacture
  • optimum surgical sterility via EtO (ethylene oxide gas) or gamma radiation
  • material choice to ensure optimum surgical sterility via EtO (ethylene oxide gas), gamma radiation or dry heat sterilisation processes.

Electronics packaging

Cost-effective packaging for ESD-sensitive components, produced from materials that meet or surpass surface resistivity and static decay standards for ESD packaging:

  • ISO Class 7 (10,000) clean room manufacture
  • complete in-house engineering and CAD design and CNC tooling
