A new flexible packaging entity with expanded global reach, improved business continuity and enhanced manufacturing capabilities has been announced. Comprised of Rollprint Packaging Products based in the USA, Alliantz Flexible Packaging based in Singapore, and EuroFoil Teo based in Ireland, the new company will focus on the demanding requirements of the medical device, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, and life science industries. The name of the new company will be revealed during Pack Expo, Tuesday evening 16 October.
Rollprint's CEO, Dhuanne Dodrill, said, "Our customers have clearly communicated their desire to grow with a partner specifically dedicated to flexible materials for the healthcare industry. With our technical depth, regulatory knowledge and expanded manufacturing reach, we are uniquely-positioned to address the needs of multinational companies as well as local firms around the globe."
The new entity is investing $15 million across all locations, enabling it to meet growing demand for engineered solutions based on stringent industry requirements. Vertically integrated capabilities allow the new company to offer consistency and continuity of supply.
