Highly efficient, fully automated machines are fed tubs of syringes, which are then removed from nests with pinpoint accuracy. While the tubs and nests are stacked in respective zones, the syringes are placed on a conveyor, and then introduced into a packaging or inspection line. Layouts of the lines are entirely customisable to businesses' needs. After the syringes are processed, the renesting machine automatically arranges them in the corresponding nests and tubs.

In order to optimise the flow between upstream and downstream, syringe-buffering equipment creates an intermediary space between the two workstations. The area in which the syringes accumulate is customisable, works on demand and has an on/off feature for first-in, first-out mode. With speeds of up to 400 syringes a minute, the buffering equipment is also flexible for handling quick format changes.
